How fast can you run? Are you willing to “flee” from idolatry? Idolatry is basically anything or anyone you put ahead of God. It’s your first priority, your “life.” Take heed of 1 Corinthians 10:14!

How fast can you run? Are you willing to “flee” from idolatry? In 1 Corinthians 10:14 Paul says, “Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry.” This means to run in the opposite direction, do not even entertain the idea of idolatry! Idolatry means to place anything or anyone above God. It takes first priority, it becomes your “life.” Take heed. Paul does not say to resist idolatry, he says to run! In what areas of your life could you flee from idolatry, and how?
