Idolatry - Check out Matthew 6:24

Is $$$ your god? Do you accumulate money at all costs? The Bible (Jesus) is very clear that you CAN’T serve both God and money together. YOU have to draw the line. YOU have to make a choice. Consider Matthew 6:24.

Matthew 6:24 states, “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth.” How do you hold your money? Is it with a clenched fist or open hand? Do you ever find yourself relying more on your financial situation than relying on God? These can be some difficult questions to answer when it comes to your view on money. However, it is so important to frequently assess your mentality on this topic! God is the best provider! We can trust Him with everything, no matter what. Remember, serving money will only lead to short-term gratification, greed, and destruction. Serving God will lead to blessings and eternal provision. What will you choose to serve?
